HOW TO ORDER ZCLAD™ FROM US

Here at ZClad Natural Stone Cladding Ltd, we have made ordering ZClad™ interior and exterior cladding as simple as possible. Everything is dispatched from our base in Woodstock anywhere across the UK.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Although our deliveries are normally as scheduled, they can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 

Please wait for the product to arrive before booking your tradesmen for the project. 

 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform us if there are any access problems, we use 3rd party couriers with a tail-lift and pump truck. Please be aware, they will only offer kerbside drop or to the nearest hard surface. 

 

A re-delivery charge will be applicable if no-one is present to sign for the delivery, this can be avoided if a prearranged unsigned delivery has been agreed.

Our crates are checked before leaving but due to the nature of the products, please allow 10% for damages in transit. 

 

Please notify us within 7-days of receipt of order and we will replace breakages that have occurred during transportation. 

 

We cannot accept returns of excess product or leftovers. Please make sure you measure accurately to avoid excess.
